This is quite a new experience for me. I have never been asked to write a testimonial for someone before, so I'm not sure where to begin. Working with Allison was also a new experience but a very pleasurable one. She has given me insights into so many areas. With her help, I have gained new ways to view my overall health. My weight has always been an issue for me, causing low self-esteem. Because of our meetings, I have come to realize that I can be satisfied with so much more in my life. Being overweight is not the worst thing in my life. She has shown me that I can control the things that I found obstructive to my mental and physical state.
